Why 8 and not 58
The profile carries 58 ratings. Google will only serve about eight of them as readable text to anyone looking at the profile, however many there are, and it does that to every business. So 8 is what a stranger can read, and 8 is what is on this page. Three of those eight Google itself cuts off mid-sentence; where it does, the card says so rather than pretending the review ended there.

Why there are no stars in the search results
Plenty of garage sites put review markup in their pages so a star rating shows up next to them on Google. Google's own rules forbid a business marking up reviews about itself, and sites that do it risk having the lot removed. So the reviews are here for you to read, and the rating stays on the Google profile, where you can see who wrote each one and when.
